Solicite una transcripción.

Students: Your first two requests are free. After that, there will be a $10.00 charge for records.
K12 Schools: Records are free.

College or Outside Agencies: You will be charged $10.00 for records.

 

Current or Past Students: Please select the backpack icon.      You can put multiple locations on the same request if you need to have your transcript sent to multiple locations.

 

K12 School Districts: Please select the school house icon.       This is the only way you can receive records from our school.

 

College or Outside Agencies: Please select the briefcase icon.       There will be a charge for records and this is the only way you can receive records from our school.

 

You will be prompted to fill in the following information:

1. You  have to use the drop down to select Link Learning Virtual Program.  

2. Select the reason you want the record.

3. Select Transcript.

4. Add Address Type. (Education Institute or Other). If you select “Educational Institute” and start typing the college you want it sent to, the address should fill in automatically. If you select “Other,” you can type in the address you want it sent to. You can have it sent to multiple addresses.

5. After all the addresses are added it will show you owe a fee, if you are a student or K-12 school, YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY, but you have to submit it. Once you  click to the next page it will take the charge away. 

 

Once you complete the request it will be sent to us; as long as the correct school was selected. It could take up to 2 weeks before you will receive it. Once the request is completed, you will receive 2 emails. One will say the order is approved and the other has the link to open up the requested transcript. You will have access for 10 views or 60 days, so make sure you save it as a pdf and/or print it right away.
